The purpose of the Zoning Administrator is to administer and enforce the Helena Township Zoning Ordinance and assist residents with zoning-related questions and requirements.

Zoning Assistance
Please contact the Zoning Administrator for assistance with:

Per the Helena Township Zoning Ordinance, a zoning permit must be obtained prior to beginning construction, excavation, or structural changes to a building or structure.
