Important Things to Know

Community Center Complex

The Community Center Complex includes two rentable indoor spaces: a classroom and a gym. Renters may reserve either space on its own or add the other space to the same booking, using the same date and time range.

This setup makes the complex flexible for everything from small meetings and classes to larger active events and multi-room gatherings. Only one deposit applies, even when both spaces are included in the same reservation.

Classroom

The classroom is a former school-style room that works well for smaller gatherings, meetings, workshops, and similar uses. It can hold up to 30 people and rents for $12 per hour.

This space is a good fit when you need a simple, comfortable indoor room without reserving the full gym area. It can also be added onto a gym booking when both spaces are needed.

Gym

The gym is a versatile indoor space ideal for sports, recreation, and larger gatherings. It works well for activities like basketball, volleyball, open gym use, and community events.

It is also a popular option for wedding receptions and large celebrations, especially when paired with the classroom for additional seating, staging, or prep space. This flexibility makes the gym a strong choice for events that need both open space and supporting rooms.

Depot Park

Depot Park is a scenic public park option for outdoor events and gatherings. It remains open to the public during scheduled events, so it works best for gatherings that fit comfortably within a shared public setting.

Port-a-johns are provided by the Township, and events must conclude by 11:00 PM. If you need a setup or teardown day outside the main event day, those arrangements must be made in advance.

Tennis Court Park Pavilion

The Tennis Court Park Pavilion is a practical outdoor rental option with amenities that make it especially useful for casual gatherings and family-friendly events. Restrooms, picnic tables, water, and electrical power are available at the pavilion.

The surrounding park remains open to the public, so this is best for groups that want a reserved gathering space while still being in a public park environment.

Ball Park

The Ball Park is a public outdoor space that works well for larger open-air gatherings. Port-a-johns are available, but there is no electrical hook-up or running water on site, so this location is best for simpler event setups or events bringing in their own support items.

Tent use is allowed under the applicable rental option, and renters using tents are responsible for following all irrigation protection rules and cleanup requirements.
