Call to Order
Meeting called to order by Supervisor Butch Peeples at 7:02 PM.

Approval of Agenda
January 9, 2025 agenda approved.
Approval of Prior Minutes
November 14, 2024 minutes approved.
Treasurer Report
November and December 2024 Treasurer’s reports approved.
Motion to Pay Bills
Motion to pay bills approved.
Reports
Reports from South Torch Lake Fire & Rescue, Antrim County Sheriff, and the Township Ambulance Authority were reviewed.
Terry VanAlstine reported that exterior Courthouse project work has stopped until spring due to weather conditions.
Committee Reports
Reports from Zoning, Parks & Recreation, Planning Commission, and Roads were reviewed.
New Business
Mike Lee approved as Township Ambulance Authority (TAA) Committee Representative.
Rick Teague recognized and thanked for years of service to the community.
Supervisor Butch Peeples to take operational control of maintenance temporarily.
Supervisor Butch Peeples to assume role of Cemetery Sexton.
Public Comment
Correction noted to November 14, 2024 minutes.
Discussion topics included snow clearing of sidewalks in Alden, blight ordinance considerations, and potential coordination with the Antrim County Sheriff for enforcement services.
